Why NOT BI software can be at fault, though I’m not suggesting. I’ve worked with an implementation where MicroStrategy was used for fraud detection and was pretty good in finding the pattern. (Every fraud has pattern and fraudsters try to exploit an unknown loop-hole)

Well, Most of them use single BI tool. In fact Financial sector is where compnaies use multiple BI tools.
