    I know exactly what is in common with all of those companies, they invested money in mortgage backed securities. Or are you somehow suggesting that their BI software is at fault. Really, do you not think any of them use more then just Microstrategy?

    Why NOT BI software can be at fault, though I’m not suggesting. I’ve worked with an implementation where MicroStrategy was used for fraud detection and was pretty good in finding the pattern. (Every fraud has pattern and fraudsters try to exploit an unknown loop-hole)

    Well, Most of them use single BI tool. In fact Financial sector is where compnaies use multiple BI tools.
